GRACIE is one of the heart babies that I have been following for a couple of months now. She is such a fighter and she and her family have been through so much in the past 11 months. She was listed for a heart just 5 days ago and after just a few days of waiting, a heart became available for her. Her family was so excited that they didn't have to wait weeks or months for a heart. Well, she had her heart transplant yesterday and things did not go well. The Dr. said that she got a bad heart. Please remember this sweet baby and her wonderful family in your prayers.
