We were able to bless Trig last Sunday March 1st. We were waiting for a bit warmer weather and for all the sickness that comes with winter to go away. At the last minute we were going to postpone it to April because I had heard that there was still a lot of RSV going on but we decided to just do it. I am still a little paranoid about having him around a lot of people so instead of having a get together after his blessing we decided that we will have one at the park when the weather gets warmer. Keith did such a wonderful job on the blessing. He is such a great Dad!! I am so grateful for the gospel in my life and for the Priestood that Keith holds. It was a very nice day and I am so glad that we were all able to go to church together. Sophie and Sam loved having Trig at Church with them.... I did too!!
Trig holds his hands together like this a lot. I think it is so cute! Babies hands and feet are my favorite!! So tiny and perfect.
What cute kids!! You can tell they were pretty excited.
My Mom has given each of our kids something on their blessing days. Trig got a little prayer boy, to remind him as he gets older to always remember to pray to Our Heavenly Father.
Trig was born with a Congenital Heart Defect called Transposition of the Great Arteries. When he was just a few hours old he got to go on his first helicopter ride. He was Life Flighted to Primary Children's where he underwent open heart surgery when he was 6 days old.
